Who is Run Squad for?

What races does this support?
Any October-December 2025 marathon. From Chicago to Lisbon, we’ve got you covered. We recommend you join at least 9 weeks out from your race — the earlier, the better.

What do I need to use the program?
A good pair of running shoes! Ideally, you’ll also have access to a bike (outdoor or indoor). For strength: resistance bands and a kettlebell or dumbbells are great. However, we can easily help you adapt the training to your available environment and equipment.
What happens after I sign up?
You’ll get your Trainingpeaks Premium account with training loaded in, along with access to our Purple Patch Hub app and video coaching platform. You’ll also have a one-on-one onboarding call with a coach to help you get set up. Our team will guide you every step of the way.
