How It Works
Each phase of the year-round Purple Patch Strength program has a specific purpose and progression, building and providing critical variance, ensuring you progress all season long. Over the course of the year you’ll see the emphasis shift, and cover critical components of functional strength including muscle building, stability, mobility, coordination, tissue rejuvenation, and balance.
If your A-race falls outside of the race-specific portion of the Purple Patch Strength cycle, no problem — simply use the Race-Specific Strength build included in your workout library to ensure your strength training is perfectly aligned with your race prep.
