So you are getting ready for an IRONMAN or Half IRON event, and want to knock it out of the park. Training for events such as these challenges can be time-consuming and challenging. This is a sport that includes multiple disciplines and requires great fitness, which always leads many athletes to allow the sport to dominate their lives and to a damaging level of fatigue.
