The people involved with Purple Patch are class acts. It really does feel like a team. We are friends and training partners. Matt has a no-jerks policy, which actually seems to work. The ego gets left at the door and we all get together and push each other, but support each other as well

I chose Matt because of his balanced approach to training in combination with, not in spite of, the life you lead outside of athletics. I own a business, have a wife and son, and am trying to compete at the highest level. Matt's approach understands the positive and difficult impacts those other responsibilities have on my ability to train, follow, and adapt a plan, and ultimately perform. It's been seven years now, and my results, both in and out of sport have exceeded my expectations, and I owe a ton of it to Matt.
